Submissions are now open for 2024 exhibition proposals. The deadline for entries is October 1st, 2023. Applicants will be contacted after the programming committee reviews all submissions.

Offered only once per year, this will be the tenth iteration of The f-Stops Here.
Prizes will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place!

In order to sustain our program and support what we do, we do everything we can to thrive and survive in normal times. We maintain overhead costs, we install, present and produce almost everything with our artists, staff and volunteers, and we balance our ephemeral and unsellable projects with more commercially viable exhibitions and events. The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT Foundation awarded grants in excess of $94,000 in support of 37 programs that benefit children and families in the region on March 24, 2020.

The live-in studio apartment will be available November 1 for emerging visual artists interested in a space to live/work in a cooperative style environment, create art, and be part of the local art scene.
Applications are due by October 8, 2019.

A bit about these great bands-
Dogbite is an eclectic, ragtag outfit dedicated to performing roots music. The group is a six-piece combo, a trio or a duo, depending on the venue, plus any fellow travelers who happen to be in the room at the time of a performance or recording session. Drawing from a rich variety of sources, The Hygienic Art honors Hygienic Art co-founder Jim Stidfole with an evening of music, drinks, and dinner catered by Bayou BBQ & Grill on Saturday, August 31, 2019, 6:30 - 10 pm. All proceeds benefit the Jim Stidfole Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Eastern CT – On March 27, 2019, the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern CT was pleased to recap a year of successful 2018 activities, and share our vision for the future, at our Annual Meeting and Awards Reception. Over 230 regional representatives maxed out the meeting space at The Spa at Norwich Inn, demonstrating the breadth and importance of the Chamber’s work. Official business included Board elections, finance updates, and a report from our Foundation. The Chamber welcomed 17 new Trustees to its Pfizer’s Groton Laboratories and the Clinical Research Unit, New Haven will support more than 60 programs in Southeastern Connecticut, the greater New Haven area, and southern Rhode Island through its 2018 competitive grants program.
Priority was given to programs that bring science and math to students from elementary through high school. Additional awards were made for programs that provide for the underserved or to support local civic and cultural institutions. Groups receiving support in 2018

Proceeds from New London’s Party of the Year support over one hundred free cultural events, educational programs and Hygienic Art facilities. The theme of this haunting night is “Shipwrecked” where Third Quarter Grant Recipients Announced For New London And Windham CountiesWaterford, CT – Charter Oak Federal Credit Union donated $23,800 to community organizations throughout New London and Windham counties as part of its third quarter Community Giving Grants disbursement.

Tosh Sheridan is a guitarist and composer working and living in New York since 1998. Tosh earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in Jazz Composition from Berklee College of Music in 1998. In 2004, he went on to earn his Masters in Jazz Performance from City College of New York. While at City College, Tosh studied with the world-renowned solo jazz guitarist Gene Bertoncini.
